The VRA is owned and operated by its members on a non-profit basis, and is governed by a Board of Trustees. With membership of over 500 businesses and a staff of five, the association has an active legislative committee made up of members and staff. It publishes a monthly newsletter, The Retail Review, and a weekly State House Report during the legislative session. The VRA also offers a variety of services to its members, including group health insurance, discounted shipping, credit card processing, workers' comp, business owners' insurance, payroll service, and collection.   ASAE Member
