VADA's services include legislative and governmental agency liaison, Environmental Compliance Program, AUTOCAP (consumer complaint mediation program), and legal assistance. VADA administers the VADA Health Insurance Trust of 2,300 insureds and dependents, as well as the VADA Workers Compensation Risk Management Program. In 2004, Vermont's new car dealers employed 2,964 employees with a payroll of $115 million, and generated $1.6 billion in automotive sales and service.
